The impact of using artificial intelligence tools in monitoring corrective exercises to improve body posture and prevent shoulder injuries in volleyball players
This research aims to clarify the impact of using a corrective program supported by artificial intelligence techniques in improving shoulder posture and reducing common deviations in volleyball players. The importance of the research is reflected in its contribution to providing an accurate training mechanism based on movement analysis and immediate feedback, which enhances the quality of performance and reduces the likelihood of injury. The research included the field of sports injuries, motor rehabilitation, and posture analysis using modern digital tools. The results showed a significant improvement in shoulder r rot rotation strength, shoulder blade stability, and range of motion, confirming the effectiveness of the combination of corrective exercises and artificial intelligence in developing preventive performance.

This study aimed to assess the effect of a combination of massage ther- apy and infrared light therapy on ankle ROM and pain in beginner Kyokushinkai Karate athletes suffering from ankle sprains. A pre-test/post-test experimental design was employed to evaluate the effect of the interventional program, as partic- ipants were provided with a six-week rehabilitation program that included flexibil- ity exercises, advanced massage techniques, and infrared therapy sessions. Ankle ROM was calculated with a goniometer while pain intensity was measured with the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). As the main outcome variables, there were sig- nificant improvements in the ROM scores with a significant improvement in pain, following the intervention. Study findings validated that massage combined with infrared therapy is an effective rehabilitation technique for the ankle injuries of martial arts athletes that increases mobility and decreases risk of reinjury. Further tests on larger sample sizes to determine the long-term outcomes of the program on athlete performance and more widely explore the addition of novel technologies for sports rehabilitation are indicated in the study
