Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the reality of communication skills among boxing coaches in the National Boxing Sports Federation. The problem of the research lies in the importance of communication skills for the coach and the impact of this on the integration of aspects of physical, skill and psychological preparation as an important and essential factor, which did not receive the required attention by those in charge of the training process. The researchers used the method. Descriptive using the survey method. The research community consisted of (50) trainers working in the union. The researchers chose an exploratory sample consisting of (10) trainers. The sample for preparation and standardization of the scale was (40) trainers. Scientific foundations (honesty and consistency) were used.
